Mary Gomez-Garcia is a native Austinite who has over 30 years of tenured experience as a Care Educator – Advocate, Certified Event Planner. Mary specializes in working collaboratively with healthcare Industries including Home Health and Hospice to enhance the quality of life of the aging population while supporting families of individuals/patients in the comfort of their home and, most importantly, providing patients with dignity and comfort. Mary is passionate about helping those in need through patient advocacy and case management services, networking, building relationship & rapport within the Austin community and surrounding areas.
Mary was recognized by the Commissioner and Austin Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities in appreciation for advocating, excellent organizational skills and her ability to develop a positive rapport with other professionals within mental health field, skillfully connecting the needs of the people within the targeted community with her professional skills in providing quality health care programs and services, Mary has promoted a greater awareness and access of these services. Mary is a compassionate leader with a heart of gold.
